Aapancart Shipping Policy

• Aapancart has partnered with reputed and trust worthy last mile delivery service providers like Dunzo & Shiprocket to ensure that your orders are delivered in time and at the preferred time slot selected by you before checking out.

• Aapancart charges a flat delivery fee of Rs 50 for bills below Rs 500 within Mumbai & Thane city.

• For bills valued at above Rs 500/-, the delivery charges are waived off, we will be bearing this cost, this could be seen as a value discount for shopping with us for higher bill value.

• Very Important: As we are committed to deliver fresh & quality assured products, deliveries for all purchases for the day can only be scheduled for the next day.

• Very Important: The cut off purchase time for a particular day for next day delivery is 7.00 pm, orders placed after cutoff time will be delivered the next to next day.

• We usually need a window of minimum 16 to 20 hours to source, procure, pack and dispatch your order so that you receive your meat & fish within 24 hours after they are sourced.

• In case if you have received wrong products against your order or you have received your product in damaged condition, your bill amount will be refunded to the account used by you for the transaction. Please refer to our Refund Policy to understand the process to raise a refund claim.

• All related taxes towards sales and delivery of your order will be paid by Aapancart to our support vendors, partners & the authorities as per the taxation laws.
