Customer can claim refund under the following circumstances.

  • The product has been delivered after the expiry date.
  • The package and the product has been altered or damaged during transit.
  • The product delivered is not what you had placed an order for.

How to claim Refund.
Call customer care immediately on receiving expired products, damaged package/ product during transit or product delivered is not what you have ordered for.

  1. Mention your bill no in the subject.
  2. Ensure that you share a picture of the product without opening the seal, in all cases, whether the product is expired, package/ product is damaged in transit or a wrong product has been delivered against your order.
  3. Notification on status of complaint will be communicated to you by mail/ sms alert.
  4. Refund amount will be credited back to the account/ mode thorough which you paid for the purchase within 5 business days.
