Customer can claim refund under the following circumstances.
- The product has been delivered after the expiry date.
- The package and the product has been altered or damaged during transit.
- The product delivered is not what you had placed an order for.
How to claim Refund.
Call customer care immediately on receiving expired products, damaged package/ product during transit or product delivered is not what you have ordered for.

- Mention your bill no in the subject.
- Ensure that you share a picture of the product without opening the seal, in all cases, whether the product is expired, package/ product is damaged in transit or a wrong product has been delivered against your order.
- Notification on status of complaint will be communicated to you by mail/ sms alert.
- Refund amount will be credited back to the account/ mode thorough which you paid for the purchase within 5 business days.
